When will my equipment be delivered?

Delivery days all depends on when and where your event is, we deliver 7 days a week 365 days a year. If your event is on a Saturday then we will deliver on a Friday but if it is midweek we will deliver usually one-day prior. Can I just hire the equipment?

Yes, we also specialise in bar equipment nationally, we would always recommend you speak to us first as we can always try and beat our competitors prices.

Once opened how long does a keg last for?

It all depends on the brand and the type of drink, Ale usually only lasts for 7 days, Lager around 2 to 3 weeks and cider usually 3 weeks plus.

What would happen if I have a problem?

We have a team of technical support engineers that will be on call for your delivery. Before we even leave your event our engineers will test all of the equipment ensuring that everything is running smoothly. With all keg and equipment hire you will also be left behind a manual on what to do if there is a failure. It is very rare that there ever is one unless it has been caused by human error.

What should I prepare before the delivery arrives?

It is important to have an electrical power point and also water to fill the coolers. If you are not hiring a bar unit then we advise to have a sturdy table for us to clamp the bar tap to.
